Welcome to Fifty by Ashhar. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Brand Philosophy & Limited Production

Fifty by Ashhar creates only 50 pairs of each shoe design/article to honor traditional craftsmanship and maintain exclusivity. Once an article is sold out, it will not be reproduced.

2. Drops & Pre‑Booking

  • We release products in drops.

  • Each drop is available only through pre‑booking.

  • Pre‑booking confirms your place in the production queue but does not guarantee delivery until full payment is received.

  • Drop timelines are estimates and may vary due to the handcrafted nature of production.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in the website currency and may change between drops.

  • Payment must be completed in full for orders (including pre‑bookings and custom orders) before production begins.

  • We use secure third‑party payment partners to process transactions.

4. Custom Orders

  • We accept personalized/custom shoe orders based on sizing, leather, color, and design preferences.

  • Custom orders are final once confirmed and paid.

  • Minor variations may occur as each pair is handmade.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on the drop schedule or custom order complexity.

  • We ship through trusted delivery partners.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Non‑custom drop orders may be eligible for return if there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a confirmed craftsmanship flaw from our side.

  • Refund requests for eligible cases will be reviewed individually.

7. Product Care & Longevity

Our shoes are made using traditional construction methods (including Blake construction, handcrafted lasts, and rubber soles where specified). To maintain durability:

  • Avoid extreme water exposure unless stated.

  • Follow recommended shoe‑care practices shared on the website.
    Normal wear‑and‑tear is not considered a defect.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, images, and brand material on the website belong to Fifty by Ashhar.

  • Copying, reselling designs, or using media without permission is not allowed.

9. User Conduct

By using the website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its function.

  • Not to submit false information or place fraudulent orders.
